If you are a distributor, we accept payment by other means such as BACS – please contact us for further information.

PAYMENT ASSISTANCE

If your card was declined, we will be unable to provide you with further information. Please contact your card issuer.

Payment will usually be taken immediately, so we are unable to change your payment method once your order is placed.

PAYMENT SECURITY

PROMOTIONS

Promotional or discount codes issued by us are valid for use online at serenco.co.uk.

In addition to our standard terms and conditions, the following apply:

• For the code to be valid, a relevant product must be added to your basket
• Only one promotional code can be used per transaction
• Orders must be placed before 23:59 on the promotion expiry date
• No cash alternative is available and all offers are subject to stock availability
